GCA will provide your username and password. Please contact the office if you don't remember or need to change your password.

Remember during the Pool Season, lifeguards can reach the office 24/7 via GroupMe. Information and the link to join our GroupMe thread will be emailed to you.

**If a parent would like to join our messaging system to receive the same announcements we send our lifeguards, please email info@gulfcoastaquatics.com, Subject: GroupMe; Please include the lifeguard's name, the parents name and your Mobile Phone #, and we can send you an invite to join.

Please submit all required Employee Documents and Checklist Items as covered in orientation. If you need assistance - contact the office.

The necessary information you need will be covered in orientation, and contained in your Employee Handbook. If you need assistance, please email the GCA Office at the email address below.

Once you have joined GroupMe, please communicate with the office through that messaging system. Please remember to make any communications regarding scheduling through GroupMe, as this will assure there is a written record of the requests.

What uniform do we need as an Employee?

While on duty, our lifeguards are required to wear Gulf Coast Aquatics Lifeguarding Tank Top or the GCA UV Protection Long-sleeve shirt, a swim suit (see below), a whistle, and optionally you may wear slip on shoes (no sneakers, socks or tennis shoes). First year guards will be required to purchase a uniform package (this is covered in Employee Orientation.

GCA does not sell swim suits or trunks. You may wear any solid RED competition style swim suit (1 or 2 piece for Women), and solid red board shorts/swim trunks for Men.

*Solid Red is the preferred choice, but solid black will be accepted as well. You may contact the office if you have questions about a specific suit.

Need to Find Your Certification?

We will need our lifeguards to upload their certification in their Account Portal. New guards who just completed the training will be emailed to you within 48hrs after you completed the course - Please check your spam folder if you don't initially see it. If you need to look it up or print it again go here! (There is also a link now available once you login to the Account Portal on the Lifeguard Certification page where you indicate if you are currently certified or not.
